Manufacturing

Production decisions are made before the first bulk stitch.

The new site makes the invisible manufacturing questions visible: base selection, fabric lead time, sample approval, QC, and packaging.

Factory workflow

A buyer-friendly path from idea to bulk

The goal is not to collect a form submission. It is to get the right production questions answered fast.

1

Review the tech pack

We check style complexity, measurements, fabric target, and trim requirements.

2

Route the order

China or Bangladesh is recommended based on MOQ, timeline, and execution risk.

3

Develop samples

Samples are usually ready in 7-10 days after details are confirmed.

4

Confirm materials

Fabric, lab dips, trims, labels, packaging, and size set are approved before bulk.

5

Produce and inspect

In-line inspection and AQL 2.5 final random sampling protect the shipment.

Fabric inspection and garment quality control station

QC standard

AQL 2.5 with three checkpoints.

WSL focuses on incoming material checks, in-line production review, and final random inspection before shipment release.

01Incoming fabric and trim inspection
02In-line measurement and construction checks
03Final AQL 2.5 random inspection and packing review

Production routing

China for speed and complexity. Bangladesh for repeatable volume.

Every inquiry is routed by style complexity, fabric availability, timeline, quantity, and QC risk. Buyers see the trade-off before committing to a program.
